- Since childhood I have had an unquenchable love of fabric. For years now my addiction has been directed toward quilts and, especially, the creation of them. I have the stash to prove it! Fred, my wonderful husband, supports and encourages my hobby. My 3 grown children and their families will never be cold, let's just say. I have a degree in home economics education and worked in a public library until a few years ago. Many days you will find me playing with one or more of my nine beautiful grandchildren.

Love the border on this and the binding. I just love dots!! My guild is making children's quilts for a Gold Star camp held locally in July. I will keep your finishes in mind when making them. I have lots of 5" kid fabrics and have been making Disappearing nine patch I spy quilts that self sash. I really like yours!

ReplyDeleteThere is so much going on in that quilt, but with the white boarders throughout it . . . there is a calm that ties all the excitement together. I love that.
